 What is Body Sculpting?

Body sculpting also known as body contouring, is a noninvasive aesthetic treatment that reduces the adipose tissue and tightens the skin using ultrasound, electrical current, cold or injectables.

Think of body sculpting as a personal trainer for your problem areas. It’s a non-invasive treatment that helps reshape your body by reducing stubborn fat and tightening loose skin. No surgery, no scalpels, and no lengthy downtime.

Cavitation = The Fat Reducer

Ultrasonic cavitation technology employs powerful low-frequency ultrasound waves that penetrate fat cells and rupture their membranes from within. This causes the fat cells, or adipocytes, to collapse, releasing their liquid contents into the surrounding tissue. The body’s lymphatic system then processes this liquid.

“It’s like targeting and melting away fat pockets in areas like the belly, love handles or thighs.”

Radio Frequency = The Skin Tightener

RF is an energy-based electrical current technology that penetrates deeply into the skin, impacting the deeper dermis and subcutaneous layers. This results in tightening and other improvements to the underlying tissue structure.

RF energy treatment is a non-surgical method for tightening skin and addressing the early signs of aging, such as loose or sagging skin. It is an ideal option for those who either don’t want or don’t believe they're old enough for a surgical procedure to address skin laxity.

“It’s like giving your skin a warm, tightening lift, reducing wrinkles and sagging for a smoother, firmer appearance.”

Ultrasound Cavitation vs. Radio Frequency

Ultrasound cavitation treatment uses low-frequency ultrasound vibrations to reduce fat cells and stimulate the breakdown of local fat deposits.

The radio frequency treatment method (RF) utilizes the power of electrical current, which is focused on the dermal skin layer (2nd layer of skin), aiming to stimulate collagen production, while strengthening existing collagen fibers to tighten and firm the skin.

RF technology utilizes currents similar to those found naturally in the body’s electrical circuits to cause muscle contractions, which in turn safely tightens the skin and improves its contour.

SculpSure - Laser Lipolysis = The Precision Fat Remover

SculpSure uses precise laser light to target and eliminate fat cells.

Advantages:

The laser technology is highly accurate, providing better control over fat removal.

It is the most cost-effective method for removing small amounts of unwanted fat and is the second fastest, with a session lasting only 25 minutes.

“It’s a highly accurate and comfortable treatment perfect for eliminating smaller, stubborn fat areas quickly.”

Ultrasonic cavitation vs Laser Lipolysis (SculpSure)

Laser lipo technology uses low-intensity cold diode lasers to shrink Fat cells. It’s performed with small laser pads placed on the treated areas and held in place with elastic straps.

During treatment, pads with laser diodes are positioned on or just above the skin, depending on the device. These laser diodes penetrate the outer layer of the skin to reach the subcutaneous layer where fat cells are located. Once the laser reaches this layer, it increases the permeability of the fat cells, enabling them to expel fat, glycerol, and any retained water inside.

Treatment Tips for Best Results

  • Mandatory water consumption = 1.5=2 liters/day throughout the treatment

  • Stabilization of dietary regime = eat lighter meals more frequently

  • Avoid carbs 2 hours before/after the procedure

  • Minimal physical activity - 30-minute walk or steady cardio helps with metabolism and lymphatic flow.

  • Lymphatic massage - must be provided after every cavitation procedure to stimulate drainage.

Post Treatment Guidelines

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure

  • Use minimum SPF 30 (Face) and SPF 40 (Body)

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
